  1. Wash and prick the potato and microwave for 4 minutes.
  2. Thaw the vegetables in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  3. remove the breasts from the chicken and dice.
  4. Combine all the ingredients except the pie crust and pore into an oven proof dish.
  5. Cover with one of the crusts (you can freeze the other) and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
