This can be used as a main dish or as a appetizer. They are great for a potluck. I make my own meatballs but you can definitely use frozen. I just think they are a little tough.
- 12 italian meatballs I make my own, see recipe
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 12 flour tortillas burrito size 8 inch
- cooking spray
- marinera sauce You can make your own or use jarred.
- Preheat oven to 425°. Dice, crumble meatballs until finely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in cheeses and Italian seasoning. Mix together like meatloaf. Spread about 1/4 cup meatball mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan, seam side down; spritz with cooking spray. Bake until golden brown, 16-20 minutes turning half way through. Serve with marinara sauce.
