Preheat oven to 425°. Dice, crumble meatballs until finely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in cheeses and Italian seasoning. Mix together like meatloaf.
Spread about 1/4 cup meatball mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan, seam side down; spritz with cooking spray.
Bake until golden brown, 16-20 minutes turning half way through. Serve with marinara sauce.
