garbonzo bean
drained and rinced

diced tomatoes with basil and oregano

dried oregano

cabbage

beef broth
salt and pepper
to taste
grated parmesan cheese

shell pasta
uncooked
Instructions
Saute sausage in olive oil, trying not to break it up too much
Add leeks, onions, carrots and zucchini. Saute for 5 minutes
Add beans, tomatoes, oregano, broth, cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for 30 minutes. Add paste and cook for an additional 15 minutes
Serve topped with Parmesan Cheese
