Olive Oil Vinaigrette

(white wine, red wine or tarragon vinegar)

Dijon mustard

minced garlic

olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice (vinegar), mustard, oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
