Combine all ingredients except the kisses and granulated sugar. just until dough forms. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in the granulated sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 7 min. Remove from oven and press one kiss into each cookie until it cracks. Return to oven for 2 min.
