- 4 lbs salmon fillets
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2/3 cup parmasan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and place salmon, skin side down. Mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic. pour in the melted butter, season with salt and pepper. Using your hands, mix the ingredients until the butter is absorbed. Pour mixture over the salmon , pressing it into the top until the fillet is completely covered. Bake uncovered for 12-15 min until the crust is golden and the salmon is cooked through. Serve with lemon slices.
