Ingredients
- 1 onion , diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp worchershire sauce
- 2 tsp taco seasoniing
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp flour
- 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup provolone, monterey jack, mozzarella or gouda shredded
- 6 slices cheddar or monterey jack cheese optional
- 6 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high.
- Add the onion and peppers; sauté 3 minutes or until tender.
- Add in the beef and continue to cook, breaking it up and browning, for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the flour and cook for about 1 min.
- Stir in the broth; simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens slightly.
- Add the shredded cheese to the skillet and mix.
- Serve on buns with a slice of cheese.
