In sauce pan heat cottage cheese until warm. Add yeast from hot roll mix, stir to dissolve. In large bowl combine cottage cheese mix, onions, soft butter, egg, flour and mix from hot roll mix. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in remaining ingredients, blend well. Cover, let rise in warm place until double in size. (45-60 minutes) Generously grease muffin pan or 9 x 13 pan. Knead the dough. Drop dough by heaping tbsp’s in pan. Brush with melted butter sprinkle with cottage cheese and sesame seeds and let rise in warm place until light and double in size. (30-45 minutes) Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
