Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces meat options
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin slices meat options
- 1 lb cleaned medium shrimp, cooked meat options
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced meat options
- 1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables vegetable choices
- 2 cups mixed chopped onions and red and green peppers vegetable choices
- 3 cups chopped mixed fresh vegetables (red and green bell peppers, baby carrots, mushrooms and snow peas) vegetable choices
- 2 cups mixed carrot slices, broccoli florets and thin red onion wedges vegetable choices
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing sauce possibilities
- 1/3 cup Zesty Italian Dressing sauce possibilities
- 1/3 cup Asian Sesame Dressing sauce possibilities
- 2 cloves garlic minced2 tbsp corn starch3 tbsp soy sauce or hoisin sauce1 tsp ginger sauce possibilities
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional) sauce possibilities

Instructions
- COOK and stir meat in 1 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. ADD vegetables, dressing, garlic and ginger; stir until well blended. Mix corn starch soy sauce (hoisin sauce) and peanut butter if using. Add to mixture. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. SERVE over hot cooked rice.
