Instructions
  1. Heat 2 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. ADD meat and cook until about half cooked, 2 minutes. If using shrimp don't cook now, Add at the very end so you don't overcook them. If you are using tofu, it may take a little longer to cook.
  3. Add vegetables to meat and cook for 4-5 minuted stirring frequently. After the 4 minutes add the shrimp if you are using. after 5 minutes, drizzle on sesame oil
  4. While the vegetables are cooking, mix the sauce ingredients together. Add to the pan and sir until thickened.
  5. Serve over rice.
