Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Protein of choice Chicken, diced; Beef cut in thin strips; Shrimp; Pork Tenderloin cut in thin strips. Tofu cut in chunks
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger
Vegetables Use 3-4 cups total any combination
- 1 cups red and green bell peppers cut in strips
- 1/2 cups carrots cut in matchsticks
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliceed
- 1 cup onions sliced
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 1/2 cup snow peas sliced
- 1 can baby corn
- 2 heads baby bok choy
- 1 cup zucchini sliced
- drizzle sesame oil
Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce don't use all reduced sodium
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup, brown sugar or honey
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 tbsp corn starch

Instructions
- Heat 2 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- ADD meat and cook until about half cooked, 2 minutes. If using shrimp don't cook now, Add at the very end so you don't overcook them. If you are using tofu, it may take a little longer to cook.
- Add vegetables to meat and cook for 4-5 minuted stirring frequently. After the 4 minutes add the shrimp if you are using. after 5 minutes, drizzle on sesame oil
- While the vegetables are cooking, mix the sauce ingredients together. Add to the pan and sir until thickened.
- Serve over rice.
