- 1 rotisseri chicken
- 1 small potato
- 1 small pkg mixed vegetables
- 1 jar chicken gravy
- 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions
- Wash and prick the potato and microwave for 4 minutes.
- Thaw the vegetables in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- remove the breasts from the chicken and dice.
- Combine all the ingredients except the pie crust and pore into an oven proof dish.
- Cover with one of the crusts (you can freeze the other) and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
