Whether you put these in sauce over spaghetti or in gravy over mashed potatoes, these are really awesome tasting meatballs

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground meat I use half beef and half pork
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, very fine dice
- 1/4 cup grated parmasan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp italian seasoning optional
- 2 tsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce you can substitute ketchup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with you hands until combined. Form into 1 inch balls (or bigger if you want). Put in a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 25 min uncovered. They are now ready for whatever sauce/gravy you want.
