- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (white wine, red wine or tarragon vinegar)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice (vinegar), mustard, oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
