Everybody loves it and everybody makes it different. Here is my version of the classic chili.

  1. Saute ground beef, onion and pepper(s) until meat is brown and vegetables are soft. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the tomato paste and cook until all mixed in and smells fragrant. Add tomatoes, sauce, green chilies, beer and spices and simmer for 20 min. Add beans and cook until it becomes thick. Serve with shredded cheese, diced onion and sour cream. Add if you're my son or my husband cook some macaroni to add to your chili bowl. Enjoy!!
