Ingredients
Wet: Cream together
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
- 1/4 cup orange juice (or any juice handy)
- 2 tbs maple syrup
Dry: Mix and add
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix together and stir in:
- 1/3 cup craisons
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 1/3 cup coconut
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

- Scoop rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet flattening slightly bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
