- 1 15 oz Coconut milk
- 2-4 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne or aleppo pepper
- salt
- 1/2 cup Peanutbutter
- 1 Tsp Brown sugar
- 1 15 oz Chopped tomates
- Large handful of greens

- Bake st 450. Layer ingredient . Top with sauce. Cook 1 hour. Add green, cover and let sit for 2_3 min.
