Instructions
  1. Saute sausage in olive oil, trying not to break it up too much
  2. Add leeks, onions, carrots and zucchini. Saute for 5 minutes
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, oregano, broth, cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add paste and cook for an additional 15 minutes
  5. Serve topped with Parmesan Cheese
