Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Turkey Italian Sausage bulk
- 1 leek chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 carrots sliced
- 2 zucchini diced
- 2 cups fresh green beans halved
- 2 cans garbonzo bean drained and rinced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 head cabbage shredded
- 4 cups beef broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shell pasta uncooked

Instructions
- Saute sausage in olive oil, trying not to break it up too much
- Add leeks, onions, carrots and zucchini. Saute for 5 minutes
- Add beans, tomatoes, oregano, broth, cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 30 minutes. Add paste and cook for an additional 15 minutes
- Serve topped with Parmesan Cheese
