Ingredients
- 8 oz box cooked pasta (macaroni, shell, bow tie, spiral, penne)
- 1 pouch light water-packed tuna (1/2 lb cooked shrimp, 1 pkg imitation crab bites, 2 cups cooked chicken)
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup green (red, yellow or orange) pepper chopped
- 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise, Italian dressing or olive oil vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Optional Additions:
- 1-2 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1/3 cup green or black olives chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped or shredded
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 3/4 cup broccoli chopped
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, vegetables and meat/seafood of choice. Dress the salad with Olive oil vinaigrette, mayonnaise or Italian dressing. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until serving.
